Customer service is very important to us at La Fleur and we endeavour to deal with all enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Our target is to respond to all email enquiries within 60 minutes (during office hours) and for those who prefer to contact us by telephone, we don’t use a multiple choice system either, your call should be answered straight away. If your enquiry is about a current order please have the order ID ready.
| Our quality guarantee.
We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery, however roses and flowers from our summer and spring ranges are only guaranteed for a period of 5 days. We would urge our customers to contact us as soon as they discover a problem as we will be unable to assist once the guarantee period has passed. |
| How much is flower delivery?
Flowers are delivered to your door for £4. There are no extra charges for same day delivery or distance traveled. |
| Can I specify a delivery time for my order?
We are only able to guarantee delivery times for funeral orders. However, we will always try to meet any requirements you may have. |
| What happens if the recipient is out?
Our drivers follow a set procedure if the recipient is not in. The first option is to leave flowers with a neighbour. In some circumstances flowers may be left in a safe and secure place. The last option is to return the flowers to the shop. In all cases a calling card will be left informing the recipient of the action taken and a phone number provided to arrange a convenient delivery time if required. |
| Can my flowers be delivered on a Sunday?
All deliveries are made during the working days of Monday – Saturday. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sunday (with the exception of Mothers Day). |
| Delivery of funeral flowers.
Funeral flowers are delivered aprox 2 hours prior to the funeral time (unless otherwise informed). We deliver to residential, funeral director, crematoriums and curch addresses. |
| Can I have flowers delivered to a work address or hospital etc?
We deliver to all locations, however please bear in mind that some deliveries can only be made to a reception area. We can only accept responsibility for the delivery up to that point. |
| What if there is a problem with my order.
If we encounter a problem whilst processing your order or during the delivery we will contact you using the details requested during the order process. |

We are commited to providing the best level of customer service possible. We will deal with any issues in a timely manner and try to resolve any problems to your complete satisfaction. |
| What are my payment options.
La Fleur accept online and telephone payments by most credit and debit cards. Once payment has been processed all payment information is deleted from our server. |
